It's Bonfire Night

 Non ci crederete, ma fuori dalla mia tana i fuochi d'artificio ieri sera sono andati avanti per almeno 5 ore anche se manca ancora un po' alla Bonfire Night! Era bellissimo, il cielo era tutto colorato anche se col buio, anche se pioveva, ovunque si volgesse lo sguardo erano sorprese brillanti di luce. Il 5 novembre infatti si celebra questa festa, detta anche Guy Fawkes Night, dal nome del personaggio che nel 1605 posizionò polvere esplosiva intorno alla Camera dei Lord al Parlamento con l'intento di uccidere il Re, nella lotta che si consumava tra cattolici e protestanti. 

Believe it or not, out of my burrow the fireworks last night went on for at least 5 hours although there is still a bit to Bonfire Night! It was beautiful, the sky was colored though the dark, even though it was raining, everywhere you looked were brilliant surprises of light. On November 5th, in fact we celebrate this festival, also known as Guy Fawkes Night, named after the character in 1605 positioned explosive powder around the House of Lords in Parliament with the intent to kill the King, in the struggle that was consumed between Catholics and Protestants 

Il Re scampò all'attentato e da allora la notte di questa data è dedicata a festeggiare il fallimento del piano.

Così in tutta la Gran Bretagna si trovano eventi e feste con spettacoli pirotecnici di ogni tipo, che i bambini guardano con meraviglia e naso all'insù e non solo loro!

The King escaped the attack and since then the night of this date is dedicated to celebrate the failure of the plan.

So in the whole of Britain are events and celebrations with fireworks of any kind, the children look with wonder and nose and not only them!

 

Io come vedete mi sono avvicinato parecchio,  ma vedrò di non bruciacchiarmi, noi animaletti dobbiamo stare attenti, ma niente paura! Ci sarà senz'altro da scaldarsi tra gli spettacoli in cielo e i falò accesi.

As you can see  I approached a lot, but I'll try not to burn myself, as animals have to be careful, but do not worry! There will certainly be warm between performances in heaven and bonfires.
